Gloria Khin, 84, of Clarkdale, died Oct. 23.
Born in Pyapon, Burma [Myanmar], she emigrated with her family to the United States in 1968 and became a citizen in 1974. She taught blind students at Palo Verde High School in Tucson, and retired to Clarkdale in 2005. She enjoyed cooking, reading and music.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Victor.
She is survived by her husband, BaSaw; son Conrad [Rebecca]; grandchildren, Aine and Danielle; sister, Joan [Myint]; brother Peter [Margaret]; and many nephews and nieces.
