Louise ‘Lovey’ Warner

Louise “Lovey” Warner, 105, of Cottonwood, died Dec. 26.
Born in New York, she was a professional chorus line dancer, accountant and executive secretary. After retirement, she volunteered in Cottonwood, including work at public schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, and two sisters.
She is survived her children, Sharon [Stephan] Block and Jerry [Judy]; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory are suggested to the Sisterhood Connection Foundation.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked in corporate communications in insurance and health care for several years, handling marketing and public relations duties. A fur-mom to two cats and three dogs, she is semi-retired.
