Jon Hutchinson, of Clarkdale, died Dec. 24.
Born in Huntington, Ind., he grew up in Florida. After serving in the Peace Corps, he worked as an announcer for two Florida radio stations and later was news director for KAZM radio in Sedona.
He was preceded by in death by Patricia Hutchinson.
He is survived by son Nathan; daughter Sierra of Clarkdale; and two granddaughters.
Donations may be made in his honor to support local history and archaeology programs, or rails-to-trails initiatives like New York’s Highline Canal.
