Jerome Michael Vize, 79, of Cottonwood, died Nov. 18.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Marriage Encounter, and worked with the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Cottonwood.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy; two sisters; four brothers; sons, Eric [DiAnne] and Ben [Danielle]; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the church’s Capital Reserve Fund.
