Jovonne Melissa Aragon, 40, died Aug. 20.
Born in Peralta, N.M., she moved to Kingman when she accepted a promotion to assistant store manager for a home improvement store.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Lorenzo Aragon and her maternal grandparents Isabel and Sam Gutierrez.
She is survived by her daughter, Marisol; partner, Marcos Romero; his daughter, Olivia Romero; their dog, Skittles; mother, Yolanda Chavez Griego; stepfather, James Griego; sisters, Jessica, Jammie and Bayley; four nephews; two nieces; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked in corporate communications in insurance and health care for several years, handling marketing and public relations duties. A fur-mom to two cats and three dogs, she is semi-retired.
