Christopher Jesus Cordero, 49 of Cottonwood, died Aug. 1 in Flagstaff.
Born in Tucson, he enjoyed fishing, the New York Yankees, rec softball, being a musician and his mom’s tacos.
He was preceded in death by his father Jesus Salvador Cordero.
He is survived by his son Antonio Ruiz,; granddaughter Echo Ruiz and grandson Antonio Jr. Ruiz, of Tucson; daughter Serenity Cordero of Rimrock; mother Patricia Garcia; sister Jessica [Edward] Kuehneman; a nephew Gabriel [Helen] Razo of Cottonwood; nieces Bethany Guevara and Bianca Guevara; two great-nieces and a great-nephew.
