John Samuel Stevenson

John Samuel Stevenson, 85, of Clarkdale, died July 14.
An Arizona native, he grew up in Scottsdale. After a career with Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe railroad, he retired as the Winslow Trainmaster. He volunteered at the Clarkdale Historical Society.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, and sons Mark Stevenson and Samuel Stevenson.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Jo;, children, Deborah Brandt, John Stuart Stevenson, and Brett Stevenson; 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. at Clarkdale Baptist Church.
