Sam Harry died May 15.
Born in Bluefield, WV, he moved to Phoenix when he was three years old. He served in the Army from 1967 to 1970 and received The Army Commendation Medal and Bronze Star in the Vietnam War in 1970. He worked and managed Evergreen Hardware for 39 years. After retiring from Evergreen, he went to work for Jerome Grand Hotel.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joyce; two children; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three siblings.
