Jeanne M. Newton, 77, of Cornville, died April 30.

She was born on Feb. 5, 1945 in Chicago, Ill. She was a member of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church and enjoyed crafting.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gale S. Newton and brother Phillip Schnur.

She is survived by her son James Pfeifer of Cottonwood; daughters Angela [Bill] Davis of Indiana, Denise [Ruben] Rodriguez of New Mexico and Stephanie Kelley of Cornville; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
