William ‘Bill’ Eugene Gundelach

William “Bill” Eugene Gundelach, 65, died Feb. 27.

An avid hunter and fisherman, he served six years in the U.S. Navy. He studied drafting and retired as a construction contractor. He enjoyed fishing the Verde River, gardening, canning peppers and making prickly pear wine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, three brothers and a stepson.

He is survived by his wife Wallieh (Gloria); children Tara, Liz, William, Jimmy and David; stepchildren Reed and Dominic; one brother; one sister; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
