Phil Thomas Williams II, 72, of Camp Verde, died Jan. 27.
After moving to Camp Verde in the late 1980s, he was an entrepreneur and restaurant manager .
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Williams and Marilyn Brown and brother, Kevin Williams.
He is survived by his stepmother, Yolanda Williams; children Misheal Salinas and Phil [Carrie] Williams III; brothers Paul Williams II and Richard [Sandee] Williams; sisters Betty Sheafer, Gina [Jesus] Cortes, and Susan [Mark] Lelusche; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
