Francis Joseph Brinkman, Jr., 95, of Camp Verde, died Jan. 26.
He served in the U.S. Navy for more than 41 years on active and reserve duty. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was active in Catholic Church activities in Phoenix and Camp Verde, and was a leader in the Boy and Girl Scouts.
Services have been held. Interment was at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
