Gloria Fay Reeves, 90, of Camp Verde, died Dec. 29.

Born in Payson, she moved to Camp Verde as a teen. She was an animal lover, talented seamstress, ceramist, cook, cowgirl and a crack shot with a rifle. She was adventurous and loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Robert Reeves, daughter Rita Davis and sister Valda Teague.
She is survived by her daughters Ramona [Steven] Reddell and Roberta [Gary] Halford; son-in-law Kenneth Davis; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
