Terry Michelle Kurtz

Terry Michelle Kurtz, 69, formerly of Cottonwood, died Dec. 13 in Kansas City, Kan.

She earned an undergraduate degree at Webster University, a masters in psychology from Prescott College and worked with Child Protective Services in Phoenix.

She was preceded in death by her son Hari.

She is survived by her partner Wayne Schneider, brother Robert Kurtz, sister Marilyn Faszold, daughter Satjiwan Khalsa, daughter-in-law Ingrid Lincoln and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
