Gerald “Steve” Stephen Collins, 70, of Cottonwood, died Nov. 27.
He served and retired with the U.S. Air Force, working on his favorite plane, the SR-71 “Blackbird.” As a Christian, he mentored those that came into his life. He enjoyed keeping up with computers and technology.
He is survived by his children, Sonja and Anna; and grandchildren, Micah and Ona.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
