COCSD override passes; MUHSD override narrowly passes by 54 votes

Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District voters approved a continuation of a budget override with 3,271 votes in favor and 3013 votes against, or 52.05% to 47.95%. The Mingus Union High School District, however, barely won approval, 3,691 to 3,637, or 50.37% to 49.63%.

There were only five question asked in four jurisdictions in Yavapai County on Election Day 2021. These two ballot measures were the only two affecting residents of the Verde Valley.

Voter turnout across Yavapai County was 35.64%.
