Allen Lee Godard died June 1 in Utah.

Born in Cottonwood, he graduated from Mingus Union High School in 1979. He earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Arizona and was employed by U.S. Gypsum for over 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Godard.

He is survived by his son Allen [Vanessa] Godard Jr., grandson Jack Godard, wife Billie Jean “B.J.” Godard and sister Connie [Donald] Ross. Arrangements are being handled by Magleby Mortuary in Richfield, Utah.
