Yavapai-Apache Nation to hold second COVID-19 vaccination drive

The Yavapai-Apache Nation will partner with the Arizona National Guard to provide an additional free COVID-19 vaccination event in a drive through clinic for area residents ages age 18 and older. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 4, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m in the Cliff Castle Casino Hotel Lodge parking lot, 333 Middle Verde Road in Camp Verde.

The Yavapai-Apache Health Center will administer a first dose of the Moderna vaccine. A second shot will be given on Tuesday, June 1, at a location to be determined. If you received a first dose at the drive through clinic in April, you can receive your second shot at the May 4 event, completing the two-shot vaccination process.

In addition to hosting this vaccination drive, the Yavapai-Apache Nation continues to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to their Tribal Members, Cliff Castle Casino Hotel Team Members as well as their families.
