DuWayne Alfred Holm, 80, died Feb. 27.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a professional autobody technician and active in the Camp Verde High School booster club.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirly and Sheila Holm.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Holm; siblings Dennis, Sharon and Joann; sons Monte [Paula], Kevin [Susan] and Ryan [Tammie]; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A private celebration of life will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association in his name.
