The Cottonwood Police Department informed the putlic on Monday afternoon that approximately 175 homes in the area have lost connection to police dispatch through 911 calls. According to the Centurylink, the issue is connected to unspecified technical issues. No information has been porovided yet about when service is expected to return.
“If you are experiencing an emergency please contact them at 928-649-1397,” Cottonwood PD Sgt Chad Sinn wrote in the public service announcement. “They are working now to resolve the issue and we will update when it is complete. Thank you for your patience in this.”
