John David Cech

John David “Dave” Cech, of Cottonwood, died May 20.
After serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1956, he worked in the lumber and roofing industries.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Cech; stepfather Freddie Vickers; brother Michael Vickers and brother-in-law Eldon McFee.
He is survived by his wife, Jacque; daughter Victoria/Tori [Barney] Mallett; mother, Maxine Vickers; two sisters; a brother; a sister-in-law, a grandson; and nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held later. Donations are suggested for the Verde Valley Humane Society.
