Kenneth Albert Stokes, of Camp Verde, died Aug. 16.

Active in sports, he officiated high school basketball and football.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kae; brothers Glen and Teddy Stokes; sister Edith Ponting; and grandchildren Gregory Benjamin and Raelynn Stokes.

He is survived by his daughter Jackie [Greg] Benjamin, Rick [Brenda] Stokes of Cottonwood, Scott [Michelle] Stokes of Cottonwood, Cindy [David] Kleinman and Diann [Cory] Cook; 18 grandchildren; 29 great grand-children and two great-great grandchildren.
