John Chester Skousen Jr., 75, died Jan. 29.

He was the last male child born at the Jerome Hospital. He served as an air traffic controller in the U.S. Navy, and as president of Aspen Airways.

He is survived by his brothers, Russell Skousen and Eugene Miller; sister, Andrea Loucel; children Patricia Skousen, John C. Skousen III and Sandra Lynn Durden; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at a later date. Donations are suggested to the American Diabetic Society.
