Anthony Christopher Gearhart, 34, of Camp Verde, died Jan. 1.
Born in Fort Collins, Colo., he was a welder and athlete.
He was preceded in death by his step-grandmother Agnaze Leland and his grandfather Roger Gearhart.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Lisa and Jeff Leland; sister Erika Leland; grandmother Wilma Gearhart; children Sophia and Phoenix; and their mother Callie Kellar.
Services have been held.
