Alice Elizabeth Selch Stephenson, of Cornville, died.

She is survived by her husband John Stephenson, daughter Dr. Cynthia Stephenson, son Brian [Cadi] Stephenson, stepson Mark [Daina] Stephenson, stepdaughter Sherrill [Chad] Handville, brothers Ralph [Jean] Selch and Glenn [Ruthie] Selch, four grandchildren, one step-granddaugher, several nieces and nephews, friends Jason [Emily] Sieg and Jenny [Ken] Milette, and her golden retriever Daisy.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, at 11 a.m. at Sedona United Methodist Church.

Memorials are suggested to the Alice Selch Stephenson nursing scholarship at University of Colorado College of Nursing or Cottey College, Nevada, Mo.
