Cynthia “Cindy” Charlene Morton, of Cottonwood, died Dec. 7.

She was the Auxiliary president of the VFW and a member of the Cottonwood American Legion.

She was preceded in death by her son, Shane David Mock.

She is survived by her husband William Morton; son Travis [Dawn] Mock; daughter Missy [Bob] Lower; stepchildren Matt and Amy; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.

A celebration of life potluck will be held Sunday, Jan. 7, at 10:30 a.m. at the American Legion in Cottonwood. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to help cover expenses.
