Wayne Glen Jones

Wayne Glen Jones, 90, of Cottonwood, died Sept. 19.

He graduated from Clarkdale High School and enlisted in the Navy, holding the rank of seaman second class.

He was ordained as an Assemblies of God minister in 1954.

He is survived by his wife LaVerne; children Wayne PL [Jeanie] Jones and Janice [Marvin] Lord; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services have been held in Sedona. A gravesite service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 11, in in Cortez, Colo.
