Where are you from?
Cottonwood.
What sports do you play?
I started off playing soccer, volleyball and softball but now I only play soccer and volleyball.
Which is your favorite? Why?
Definitely volleyball because I feel like I can take everything in me and put it into that sport.
What’s the best part about it?
Learning new material and getting it down. Because when I learn new material and I get it down, I feel good about myself.
The worst part?
Getting frustrated with yourself.
What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not playing sports?
I love listening to music and hanging out with my friends.
What do you aspire to be when you’re older?
Successful at whatever I put my heart into. With volleyball or soccer or school I really want to succeed at it and do my best.
What kind of valuable lesson has playing sports taught you?
It teaches me to communicate with people, teamwork and learning how to respect yourself and be patient with yourself and other people.
Do you have any pregame superstitions or routines?
Recently I tried a new one, to plug in my headphones and listen to pump-up music and think about what I need to do be better in the game.
Is there a memorable game or match in your career?
My recent one was against Higley because when I started warming up, I started thinking about what I needed to do and I did it and it felt really good.
