Robert James “Jim” Bakula, of Camp Verde, died Aug. 4.

He moved to Sedona in 2004. After moving to an assisted living apartment in Camp Verde, he created “Jim’s park” with walkways, chairs, stone arrangements, trees and bushes for the residents.

He is survived by his ex-wife Joann, sisters Barbara and Bonny, their husbands, and a niece and four nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 25, at 1 p.m. at the Verde Valley Senior apartments in Camp Verde.
