Michael Allen Baker, 55, of Cottonwood, died July 21.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don, and grandparents Jack and Ethel Vasey, and George and Hazel Baker.
He is survived by his mother, Mary; siblings Donna Baker, Doug [Susan] Baker, Michelle Perry and Pam [Rudy] Ramos; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family is grateful to all of the family and friends who have provided love and support to the caregivers from Maggie’s Hospice Palliative Care Services.
