Keith Stacy Childs, 50, of Cottonwood, died July 7.

A graduate of Cordon Bleu Culinary College of Phoenix, he worked at several restaurants in Sedona and Phoenix.

He is survived by his parents Velia Mena and Gino Mena of Cottonwood; daughter Candace Childs Suarez; grandsons Ezra and Severus Childs; brothers George Childs and Ethan [Melissa] Mena; many cousins, aunts and uncles from California and Arizona; and many friends here in the Verde Valley.

Services have been held.
