Robert D. Kater “Washboard Bob,” 65, of Cottonwood, died on Aug. 7. He was born in Chicago.
He was preceded in death by father George Kater.
He is survived by wife Carol Vance; two sons; two daughters; two brothers; one sister; his mother; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 2 to 7 p.m. at Bob and Carol Kater’s house.
