Lee Charles Addis, 78, of Cottonwood, died July 5.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Irene.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary; son Wily [Tamara] Addis of Cottonwood; son Lee [Clara] Addis Jr. of Flagstaff; grandsons Jake Addis of Tempe and Logan Addis of Spanish Fork, Utah; sisters Katy, Susie, Annie and Betty; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Arizona Hospice Foundation in Sedona.
