On Tuesday, March 15, at approximately 3 p.m., a semi rolled on eastbound State Route 260, past Fossil Creek road. With only one lane in each direction, the accident stopped traffic traveling both ways as the scene was cleaned up, long enough for some motorists to turn off their vehicles, or turn around. Camp Verde Fire District and the U.S. Forest Service responded to the scene.
