Richard Francis Vargas

Richard Francis Vargas, 75, of Camp Verde, died Jan. 16.
He was a past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus and was a Fourth Degree Knight. A sports fan, he officiated at softball, volleyball and basketball games.
He is survived by his wife Virginia; son Richard [Marianne] Vargas of Virginia Beach, N.C.; daughter Jennifer [Steve] Zaccagnini of Cottonwood; mother Irma Vargas of Fremont, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Inurnment will be at the Prescott National Cemetery.
