Mary Evelyn Starkovich Allen, 87, of Phoenix, died Oct. 30.
She was born in Jerome.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Mike and Bob Starkovich.
She is survived by her sons, Steve [Claudia], Rick [Kathy] and Terry; grandchildren John [Chelcie], Mark, Matthew [Desiree] and Geoffrey; and great-grandchildren Collin, Connor and Carter.
Funeral mass will be held Friday, Nov. 6, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood. Interment will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Clarkdale.
