On Thursday, Nov. 5, around 10:30 a.m., a vehicle jumped the curb and ended up in the ravine between the Fry’s and Home Depot parking lots.
The driver was killed, and the passenger was transported to a hospital. Cottonwood fire and police responded to the scene.
Brush had to be cleared to extract the vehicle, which was recovered by J.D. Doutt of Larry Green Chevrolet.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
