With summer comes competitive basketball and softball leagues sponsored by Parks and Recreation departments in Cottonwood, the Yavapai-Apache Nation and Sedona.
Get on out and support your friends and your favorite teams in the Sedona Adult Softball League, the Yavapai-Apache men’s hoops league and church and men’s and women’s softball leagues at Riverfront Park in Cottonwood.
Just remember that these games are not competitive, but fun activities for both spectators and players alike — a lesson recently lost on an unfortunate few participants the last couple of years.
