Theresa Couch, 52, of Cottonwood, died April 11.
She worked for Cottonwood Village.
She was preceded in death by her parents Zella and Earl Couch and brothers Myron, Lewis, Ronald and Donald Couch.
She is survived by her brother Delbert Couch of Oregon; sisters Ellen Swier of Washington, Iona Clark of Arizona and Gwenda Paris of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, at Cottonwood Village.
