Connie Joan Spangler Lively Welcome, 81, of Cornville, died Dec. 13.
She is survived by her husband Don Welcome; daughter Denise; son Clinton Dale [Marta] Lively; brothers Jeff Dale [Patty] Spangler and Jerry [Barbara] Spangler; sister Gale [Spangler] Lilly; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, at 2:30 p.m. at the Sedona Church of Christ. Donations are requested to the Parkinson Disease Foundation or the Jerome Humane Society.
