Thomas Anderson, 65, of Cornville, died Oct. 19 in Prescott.
He is survived by his wife Elaine; brother Robert [Nancy] Anderson of Cottonwood; sister Andrea [Scott] Dominick; children Shane [Vicki] Anderson, Heather [Dan] Deffenbaugh and Kira [Nathan] Blaesing; four grandchildren; uncle Eddie; aunts; nieces; nephews; and many cousins.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood.
