She was born to 2nd Lt. George G. and Nancy H. Shoemaker in Phoenix.
She is survived by her husband, Paxton; daughter Jaclyn; son Gary; three grandchildren; sisters Colleen [Calhoun] and Cynthia [Kueffner]; parents George and Nancy; mother-in-law Susan Schuchardt; and brother-in-laws Pete and Robert Baker.
