He was an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Small.
Arden is survived by his son Todd C. Small Sr.; daughter Michele A. Earl; mother Georgia Blaisdell; five siblings; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services have been held.
