It’s farmers market season here in the Verde Valley.
Several farmers markets have already kicked off this month but the one in Cottonwood is still a month away.
The annual Cottonwood Farmers Market Jamboree is set to kick off Thursday, July 10, said Jack Teel with the Cottonwood Parks and Recreation Department, and will run every Thursday through Oct. 2.
The market starts at 5 p.m. and lasts into the evening, with many sticking around for the live music in the Cottonwood Activity Park.
