Library catalogs local materials

The Camp Verde Community Library held events this year where local artists and filmmakers could meet the community.

Those authors gave their works to be kept at the local library. It’s just that the library didn’t have a decent way to catalog its offerings. Because of that, local librarians have been training in ways to properly record the materials they receive.

Library Director Kathy Hellman, employee and former library director Gerry Laurito and volunteer Ann Rasor recently underwent training with Megan Hammond with the Yavapai County Library District.
