Staff members working for U.S. Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick[D-District 1] are holding office hours once a week in Camp Verde for the foreseeable future. The district is massive — covering much of Northern Arizona — and represents the 10th-largest congressional district in the country.

In terms of square miles, District 1 alone is larger than more than half of the states in the country. Kirkpatrick maintains various offices throughout the district, and the new office hours in Camp Verde are one part of a comprehensive effort to listen to the needs of constituents in person, without them having to drive to areas like Flagstaff or Show Low.

The hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of every month.
