It’s a new year and the Camp Verde Chamber of Commerce is setting itself up in a new direction. The institution, some three decades old, has had its ups and downs over the years. Now the chamber has a new home, a largely new board of directors and a new staff member to run the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Linda Snyder-Reddell was hired at the end of last year to administer the new office, now in the old adobe building across from Wingfield Plaza on Main Street. The chamber moved out of its old location soon after the Verde Valley Archaeological Center moved in.
Snyder-Reddell has roots in Camp Verde. It’s where she’s from and Snyder-Reddell said she’s glad to be back where people still call her by her maiden name.
