Theresa Mayorga Ortiz, 90, of Clarkdale, died Dec. 31.
Ortiz is survived by son John (Marian), daughter JoAnn Lesko (William), daughter Loretta Stearley (Robert), sister Josephine Neihart (James), sister Lucy M. Cruz, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation: Friday, Jan. 7, at Westcott Funeral Home, 5 to 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, Jan. 8, at the Immaculate Conception Parish, 700 N. Bill Grey Road, Cottonwood, at 10:30 a.m.
